Over time, I’ve come across movies, books and articles which moved me and brought inspiration in the work I am doing.

It is my joy to share them here with you and hope they will touch you as much as they they’ve touched me.

MOVIES

Often in my work, people talk about that the only way to access feelings such as sadness in their life is by watching movies. Movies is such a beautiful way to explore feelings and your own values about a subject. One can watch them from many perspectives; from the mistreated inner child, the protective part can start to vibrate, the rebell perhaps comes alive, or heightened awareness about ones own behavioral patterns, or sometimes it is plain inspiring.
